His career began in 2003 when, after obtaining a diploma at Liceo Artistico Statale di Brera, his grandfather Mario Uggeri – Illustrator for Domenica del Corriere, Corriere dei piccoli, Tex Willer – told him “Lorenzo become what you want but not an illustrator”, unfortunately or not he didn’t follow the advice of his wise grandfather and ended up studyng Graphic Design at IED Milan.

Lorenzo graduated in 2007 in Graphic Design at IED Milan and in 2008 in Typography Design at the Politecnico of Milan.

After studying in 2007 his thesis “ITER percorri la modernità”, a series of tourist guidebooks for the revaluation of tourism through architecture and its corporate identity, has become a real job for Regione Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Lombardia, Piemonte and Triennale Milano collaborating with CLAC Cantù. In the end the project was presented in Triennale Bovisa with an exposure of one week.
Lorenzo collaborated with CLAC Cantù several times and he followed other projects such as the corporate identity of “COMUS” the Museum System of the Province of Como.

At the end of 2007 and for all throughout 2008, worked for two studios focused on advertising and corporate identity, where he increased his speed, accuracy and learned the importance of simplicity and not making things trivial.

Fearless, he decided to undertake the way of freelance which led him after 8 month in Lombardini22. Company with whom he has formed a partnership since two years and has led great jobs.

He is a member of the Italian Association for Graphic Communication – AIAP – since 2008.
